What is true today
I don’t sell anything. There is no supplement, no course, no consultation, no private-label anything. The domain is a punchline, not a product.
There are no affiliate links. As of 13 September 2026 this site carries 369 outbound links across 69 articles, and every one of them points at a study, a clinical guideline or a regulator: PubMed, PubMed Central, Europe PMC, the FDA, the AUA, the European Association of Urology. Not one carries a tracking code. You don’t have to take my word for it: the citations are the only outbound links there are, so you can check any article and see for yourself.
There is no advertising either. No ad network, no display units, no sponsored placements, no paid newsletters.
Then who pays for it
I do. The domain, the hosting and the time are mine, and the site currently earns nothing.
I’m spelling this out because “how is this free?” is a fair question to ask of any health site, and because the usual answer is the thing that bends this kind of writing. A page that earns a commission when you book shockwave therapy has a reason not to mention that the guideline calls it investigational. That conflict doesn’t exist here, because the revenue doesn’t.
What no amount of money buys
No company has paid for coverage, and none would be able to. No company has seen an article before it published. No company has been offered the chance to review, soften or withdraw one afterwards. I decide what to write about based on what people are searching for and what I can source properly.
If this ever changes
It might. Running a site costs money and I’d rather not pretend I’ve taken a vow. But the order of operations is fixed, and I’m committing to it here in advance:
- This page gets updated before any money changes hands, not after.
- Any paid or affiliate link carries
rel="sponsored"and a visible label on the page it appears on, not a line buried down here. - The audits and the evidence cards stay unmonetised permanently. Nothing sponsored goes near the research.
- No company gets pre-publication review. Ever, paid or not.
If you ever find a link on this site that looks commercial and isn’t labelled, tell me and I’ll fix it.
