This policy explains what bigdickpills.com collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
The short version
We don’t know who you are. There is no account to create, we don’t ask about your symptoms or your health, and we don’t sell anything to anybody. If you give us your email address, we use it to send you what you asked for and nothing else.
What this site currently collects
As of the date above, bigdickpills.com runs no analytics service, no advertising, and no active mailing list. We are not tracking you across the web, and we are not building a profile of what you read.
Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) as essentially every web server does. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
If and when we add analytics, advertising, or an email list, this page will be updated before those services go live, and the date at the top will change.
What we deliberately do not collect
We do not collect health information about you. Given what this site covers, that deserves stating plainly. We don’t ask what you’re experiencing, we don’t record which articles you read against any identity, and there is no questionnaire, quiz, or symptom checker here that funnels your answers anywhere.
What you read on this site is not linked by us to you.
Email, if you subscribe
If we offer a mailing list and you join it, we collect the email address you give us and the date you gave it. We use it to send the emails you subscribed to receive. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your address, and we do not use it to target advertising at you elsewhere.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also ask us to remove you by writing to the address at the bottom of this page.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working: page caching and basic functionality. These are set by WordPress and our caching software.
Affiliate cookies. Some links may eventually carry a tracking code so that a merchant can tell a referral came from this site and pay the commission that funds it, typically lasting around 30 days. This tells the merchant a click came from bigdickpills.com. It does not tell them who you are on our behalf, and it does not tell us what you bought beyond whether a commission was earned. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Apart from the essential ones, this site works without them.
Who else sees anything
Our web host, which operates the servers and holds the standard logs described above.
Affiliate networks and merchants, where applicable, receive the fact that a click originated here, not your identity.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Given the subject matter of this site, we would rather state that outright than leave it to be inferred.
We may disclose information if we are legally required to.
How long we keep things
Email addresses, if you have given us one, until you unsubscribe, plus a short period afterward so we can honour the unsubscribe. Server logs are retained on our host’s standard schedule.
Your rights
Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We will do it.
Depending on where you live you may have specific statutory rights, under the GDPR in the EU and UK, the CCPA and CPRA in California, and comparable laws in other US states. We will honour requests made under any of these regardless of where you actually live, because maintaining two standards would be more work than simply doing the right thing once.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Our host maintains its own security measures. No website can promise perfect security and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Where your data goes
This site is operated from and hosted in the United States, and information is processed there. If you are visiting from outside the US, you are consenting to that transfer.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects anyone on a mailing list, we will say so by email rather than quietly amending the page.
